I ended up getting a refund after waiting several days. There was no explanation for the delivery failure. If they had better stock management, this whole situation could've been avoided, and clearer communication would’ve helped set my expectations right.

This product is offered at a super competitive price and arrived in no time (just two days) for a low shipping fee. It's about half the price compared to a lot of other vendors - for real, this place is the real deal!!!!!

I placed an order for some Silver paint, but they sent me Black instead. I reached out to Trade Mart's customer service, and they got back to me super fast to say sorry for the mix-up. Turns out there was a system glitch, and Silver wasn’t in stock, but they processed a refund right away. The way they handled the situation was top-notch, and that’s what really defines a great company.

I’m pleased with my order, and the delivery was quick. Since I already own the same yuzet sheets, I trust this new set will be just as good. I haven't unwrapped the packs yet, so I'm hoping there’s nothing to worry about.

"Awesome website, quick shipping."
This site is fantastic! At first, I was skeptical thinking it might be a scam since I stumbled upon some excellent coveralls at a bargain price compared to other places. But I was pleasantly surprised by the service. They sent my order out quickly, and even though I opted for standard delivery, it arrived the next day with DPD! Super pleased with this site and I’ll definitely be back for more when I need it.

"Not gonna shop here again."
I ordered 24 Draper products from this seller, but they showed up looking nothing like the images in the listing, making them unusable. Trade Mart wouldn't handle the return or cover the costs, despite the misleading descriptions.
